Celery

Since celery contains potassium and calcium it may be linked to lowering blood pressure because of its anti-hyperintensive properties. Celery is high in water content, therefore, is low in carbs but rich in electrolytes, Antioxidants, Potassium, Vitamin C, and B Vitamins.

Kale

Spinach

Spinach is a leafy green packed with nutrients and antioxidants that help to improve overall health. Adding spinach to your diet may improve eye health, help prevent cancer, decrease blood pressure levels, and keep you regular.

Lemon

Lemons contain soluble fiber which expands in the stomach to help you feel fuller longer which assists with weight control or weight loss. Lemons are a good source of Vitamin C and fiber which may lower some rick factors for heart disease, strengthen the immune system and promote digestion.
