Why drink Cleanse Level 3?

To reset, refuel, and detox!

Kale is one of the most nutritious foods and considered a superfood.  It contains substantial amounts of Vitamin A, K, C, B6, Manganese, Calcium, Copper, Potassium, and Magnesium. Kale is packed with Antioxidants which help counteract damage caused by free radicals in the body.

Apples contain nutrients such as fiber, Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin K, and Manganese. Apples also have a Fiber called Pectin in them. Pectin is a prebiotic and helps feed the good bacteria in your gut. Apples also may be beneficial for bone health. Fruit, specifically apples, may be linked to higher bone density and strength.

Celery contains Potassium and Calcium and may be able to treat high blood pressure because of its anti-hypertensive properties. Celery is high in water content, therefore, is low in carbs but rich in Electrolytes, Antioxidants, Potassium, Vitamin C, and B Vitamins.

Lemon Juice

Lemons contain soluble Fiber which expands in the stomach to help you feel fuller longer which assists with weight control or weight loss. Lemons are a good source of Vitamin C and Fiber which may lower some risk factors for heart disease, strengthen the immune system and promote digestion.

It is suggested that nitrates can enhance athletic performance. Nitrates, found in beets, improve the efficiency of mitochondria which produce energy in your cells. Consuming beets also may improve biking and other athletic performance because they help increase oxygen use.

Wheatgrass contains essential Amino Acids that our body cannot produce. Wheatgrass also contains important Antioxidants which are compounds that fight free radicals and prevent cell damage. Wheatgrass contains more Chlorophyll and energy than any other food element.

We’re on a mission to make delicious, healthy drinks available to all.
