How can I get in touch with someone at Marvé for customer service or otherwise?

Customers that would like to talk with us about orders or product questions should call or email our customer care team at 929.249.1995 or customercare@marvejuice.com.

Where do you ship Marvé?

We ship to all 48 continental US states.

How is the product packaged?

Marve is packaged in Styrofoam containers made specifically to safely transport our juice with gel packs to ensure the temperature is at appropriate levels.  

How is Marvé shipped?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday - Thursday will be shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped Fedex Overnight ($15) from our New Jersey location.

Can I make changes after my order is placed?

We are happy to accommodate order changes that are sent within 1 hour after order submission. Because we ship quickly in order for you to receive your order as fast as possible we are not able to make order changes after that time period. Please contact customer care by phone 929.249.1995 or email at customercare@marvejuice.com to request any order changes.

Should I expect to receive an order confirmation and tracking number?

You should expect to receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is submitted. A shipping confirmation with Fedex tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has shipped. If you have not received this information please check your spam folder or email us at customercare@marvejuice.com.

What if something doesn't look right with the juice when I receive it?

Marvé customer care is here to help. Please snap a picture and email to customercare@marvejuice.com with any details and concerns. This will help to answer and questions as quickly as possible. Please note that we must be notified right away to come up with the best advice and solution. Please do not discard your juice before speaking with Marvé customer care.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have signed up for a subscription you may cancel after 1 month. Please email us at customercare@marvejuice.com and we will help assist you in making the cancellation.

How do I change the card charged for my subscription?

Log into your Marvé juice account and navigate to the billing section. Here you are able to see your reoccurring charges and make adjustments to billing information.

When will I receive my subscription?

You will receive your first shipment in your subscription the day following your order if placed Monday through Friday by 2pm. Otherwise it will be shipped overnight on the next business day.  Based on your subscription preferences  (weekly or monthly) you will expect to receive your replenishment shipment on the same day of the week or month that follows.

Who benefits from drinking Marvé juice?

Everyone! From kids who need a healthy refreshment on the run, a fitness enthusiast looking for a healthy boost post workout or a busy adult that grabs a green juice as a replacement for a snack or meal.

How is Marvé made?

Marve’ juice is cold pressed at the peak of the fruit and vegetables freshness by using the most advanced cold-press techniques. 

What does cold-pressed or HPP mean?

Marvé uses HPP, high pressure processing, in place of the alternative high heat processing. By using HPP we can mantain the vitamins, nutrients and enzymes in our juice extending the shelf life of the juice.

Where are Marvé fruits and vegetables from?

Our fruit and vegetables are sourced from farms in the New York and New Jersey area.

Where is your production facility?

Our juice is made in our production facility in Edison, New Jersey.

What is the shelf life of Marvé juice? 

Marvé may be kept refrigerated until the use by date printed on the bottle. Once opened please consume the juice within 3 days.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Our juice is Kosher, non GMO, Gluten free and Preservative free.

Why does my juice look separated?

The separation of the juice occurs naturally when there are no artificial additives present. The fruit and veggies in our juice have different densities causing them to settle in this manner. Shake well and enjoy!

How should I store my juice?

Your juice should be stored in the refrigerator until ready to consume.

Do your plastic bottles contain BPA?

All Marvé bottles are 100% BPA free and are recyclable. We use plastic bottles because they are considerably lighter than the glass alternative reducing fuel needed to transport to customers. Plastic bottles also use less energy to recycle than glass.
