Cold pressed juice refers to juice that uses a hydraulic press to extract juice from fruits and vegetables. Our cold pressed juice undergoes HPP (high pressure processing) which kills pathogens and increases shelf life from three days to around 45 days. Raw juice is found to only have a shelf life of 3-5 days.
With our ingredient list being short and consisting of only fruits and vegetables, pressed juice is a quick and easy way to get essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants with no added sugar. Most of the juices you can buy at the grocery store contain added sugar and flavors and may not be derived strictly from the fruits and vegetables themselves.
You may see settling at the bottom of our juice and this is perfectly natural! The settling is because there are no artificial preservatives or additives present. Just shake well and enjoy!
We take pride in using "ugly produce" that would otherwise go to waste, to create our juices. The fruit and vegetables are sourced from local farms in the New York and New Jersey area.
