Is juice cleansing worth it?

What if I get really hungry?
Your body should be satisfied from the fiber you are consuming on a cleanse. However, if you really need more food here are some good choices:
- Raw or steamed green veggies
- Egg whites around dinnertime
- 1-2 cups of unsweetened coffee or green tea
Will I immediately lose weight?
Depending on the person, you may see some initial weight loss. The cleanse allows you to more efficiently absorb nutrients so most of the initial weight loss will be water weight. A juice cleanse can be the start of a great mindset to carry over to your everyday life. The goal of a cleanse is to improve your overall wellness which will lead you to a healthy lifestyle.
Is it okay to workout during a cleanse?
Listen to your body! If your body feels up to working out, theres no reason not to! If you usually participate in strenuous exercise, you may not be able to while on a juice cleanse. Low-intensity cardio like yoga, walking are recommended.
