Snacks are a must on those busy days when you are running around place to place.  Whether it's to meetings, in between work, or after a workout, having high protein snacks on hand will give you an extra boost.  Keep reading for 5 high protein quick snack ideas!

Hummus + Veggies

 

1/4 cup hummus = 4g protein

What better dip is there than hummus?  Fill a mason jar or zip lock bag with hummus and raw veggies for a refreshing pick me up.

Marvé Light Green Juice

 

1 bottle = 7g protein

Edamame
